1. All transactions processed through our Bitcoin ATMs are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
2. Our Bitcoin ATMs are designed to accurately and securely execute transactions. Before proceeding with any transaction, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the details, including the amount, address, and all other relevant information.
3. If a customer accidentally sends the wrong amount of Bitcoin or to an incorrect address, we are unable to recover the funds or reverse the transaction.
4. If a customer experiences technical difficulties with our Bitcoin ATMs, our customer support team will assist in resolving the issue. However, we cannot refund or reverse any transactions that have been processed.
5. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of our No Refund Policy.
